Cook / Chef - Ethnic Foods and Native Sweet Delicacies Primary Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for daily preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food. Follow recipes, portion controls and presentation specifications as set by head chef/cook. Assists in food inventory, food control & portioning, receiving and storing delivery. Clean and Sanitize food prep areas, equipment, utensils and strictly adhere to food safety, sanitation and proper hygiene. Other duties or responsibilities as assigned and required. Specific Skills Skilled in authentic Filipino Food and Native Sweet Delicacies 1-2 Year cooking experience in fast-paced restaurant. Ability to take direction and work calmly and effectively under pressure. Able to spend 100% of the time standing. ServSafe Certification or completion of ServSafe Certification upon 3 months of hire. Self starter, flexible and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
