AT BACI RISTORANTE OUR FRONT OF HOUSE SUPERVISOR: Is expected to ensure the highest quality service and deliver extraordinary experiences to the guests while dining at Baci Ristorante. THE FRONT OF HOUSE SUPERVISOR AT BACI RISTORANTE HAS THE OPPORTUNITY TO: Ensure guests are satisfied with their selections and service, be attentive to their needs. Coach and lead our team members to ensure their receive great training & support Managing team member relations including, recruitment, training, coaching and recognition Get to know our guests; be able to comfortably answer any questions they may have. Learn the details of various menu options on offer. Ensure compliance with food & safety standards as well as AGCO legislation Responsible for the health and safety of the front of house restaurant team as required Make a difference in the lives of each and every one of our members and guests by directly contributing their extraordinary memories. Exercise good judgment and problem solving abilities. Drive positive change in the organization. Other duties as required FRONT OF HOUSE SUPERVISOR POSITION REQUIREMENTS: 1-2 years’ in the restaurant industry in a supervisor capacity required Smart Serve certified Strong problem solving skills Strong attention to detail & time management skills Knowledge of restaurant operations, food & beverage Excellent oral and written communication skills Positive interpersonal skills and a team player Experience using Microsoft Suite (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel) Post-secondary education preferably in hospitality considered an asset WHAT CAN WE OFFER?
