Building Maintenance
Mississauga, ON
Monday to Friday
8:30am to 5:00pm
$16.00 per hour plus 4% vacation pay weekly
(to cover vacation periods for March)
Busy Apartment Building is seeking a building maintenance to cover the vacation periods.
In this role you will be
•Performs general cleaning and minor maintenance duties
•Adjacent walks and grounds, and equipment in clean, orderly and functional condition.
•Provides assistance to staff, visitors and other employees as necessary.
•Makes minor carpentry, electrical, mechanical and plumbing repairs.
Requirements:
• Clear criminal record (this will be verified)
• CSA approved safety shoes
•Previous experience is a must
•Able to work quickly and efficiently
