  • With minimal supervision, able to lead requirements gathering sessions.
  • Work with clients, developers, and other groups to create and deliver requirements document.
  • Work with Testing group to ensure requirements are testable and defects are documented and tracked.
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills.

    Primary Responsibilities: Compile clear and concise business requirements using a flexible and adaptable approach, emphasizing creative/ innovative strategies Collaborate with stakeholders and technical resources to create user stories and translate those stories into features that can be built by the development team Create workflow diagrams to visually represent business processes Identify problems in terms of business requirements and recommend modifications to the functional solution which could impact the system design Build strong partnerships between business and system teams Act as the primary interface between business users and system resources for all issues that may impact assigned project Work with QA and SMEs to plan, manage and execute user testing approach and defect management Create detailed test cases for user testing Participate in and/or provide oversight for user testing and production parallel, verify and document test results and recommend solutions for any discrepancies.

    Full time is 40 hours per week and Part Time is 25 hours per week, working hours are flexible.The training will be for one week and the daily time duration for training is 3hour.You will be paid during training.
