Why we need you?

We’re currently on the lookout for a motivated Sales Support Administrator to provide ongoing sales and administrative support throughout the entire renewal and online application process for our Renewal, Online, and Partnership channels.

Do you have what we’re looking for?

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of sales or sales administration.
  • Bilingual (French and English).
  • Post-Secondary education.
  • Prospecting and negotiation skills.
  • Highly motivated and result-oriented.
  • Professional, with excellent communications skills.
  • High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is considered an asset.

Get paid to:

  • Qualify new opportunities from various marketing and email campaign initiatives.
  • Respond to client questions during the application process and ensure applications are properly completed.
  • Send applications to compliance for revision.
  • Re-engage with older prospects to see if there is a renewed interest.
  • Perform some administrative duties.
  • Send approved offers to partner.
  • Negotiate and help close deal flow with partners (ISO’s).
