Hours: Part-time / flexible

Compensation: $20/hr (bonus may include sales)

Purpose: The purpose of this position is to assist with daily business operations. Maintain a solid relationship with existing customers and create new relationships for new customers.

Requirements:

* Fully proficient in Microsoft office

* Excellent written, verbal and reading communications in English

* Previous sales and customer service experience

* Able to work independently with little supervision

* Entrepreneurial mind is preferred

* Great relationship skills

* Attention to detail

* Highly organised

* Administration experience

* Confidence, efficiency and professionalism

* Strong verbal skills and focusing on warm calling and book online appointments

* Result driven, achieving sales targets and objectives

Responsibilities:

* Client liaisons

* Able and confident to present and demo

* Preparation of documents for Client Adviser meetings

* Dealing with client enquiries

* Organising client functions

* Assisting with general office administration

* Create and ensure sales engagement contracts with organizations (schools, factories, chain companies)

* Sending media kits to specified contacts

* Able to handle incoming communications with vendors, clients and technical support

Education:

Secondary School (Required)

Some post secondary education
