Job Description

Marketing and Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a mature, sales driven and results-oriented professional to coordinate with the sales and marketing department for our digital and quarterly magazine publication. The candidate must be personable with excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Coordinate with the sales representatives and the marketing team to ensure smooth running and productivity of the Sales and Marketing department.
  • Liaise with sales team to facilitate and process job orders according to client requirements
  • Approve contracts and discounts offered to clients by the sales team
  • Facilitating and attending weekly or monthly networking events and seminars
  • Maintaining a calendar of events for the sales team
  • Tracking, recording and reporting mileage expenses rendered by the sales team
  • Collect and handle and collect client payments via various mediums and submitting them to the Accounting Department
  • Carry out other related duties as required


  • Minimum two (2) years of sales, marketing or any other relevant experience
  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business or a related field
  • Exposure with advertising sales and PR agencies is an advantage
  • Highly efficient in using MS Office Suite such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Typing speed of at least 40+ WPM
  • Results-driven, hardworking, energetic and capable of executing multiple tasks given tight deadlines
