Office Assistant

We are seeking an Office Assistant to provide overall administrative support to the management. The successful incumbent will have a strong communication and interpersonal skills. Being highly organized and thriving in a high-pressure environment is essential for success in this role.

 Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Act as the point of contact, reporting to the CEO, you will provide overall administrative support
  • Ensure each department and team documentation is complete and communicated correctly
  • Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system

 Requirements:

  • Sound comprehension of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Exceptional English and communication capabilities, both oral and written
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills
  • Up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • High level verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • High School degree; additional qualification as personal assistant would be considered an advantage
