JOB SUMMARY

Your mission (should you choose to accept it) is to offer customer support through phone, email, online chat or social media to customers who have questions, concerns or confusion around a particular product or service.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Compile clear and concise business requirements using a flexible and adaptable approach, emphasizing creative/ innovative strategies Collaborate with stakeholders and technical resources to create user stories and translate those stories into features that can be built by the development team Create workflow diagrams to visually represent business processes Identify problems in terms of business requirements and recommend modifications to the functional solution which could impact the system design Build strong partnerships between business and system teams Act as the primary interface between business users and system resources for all issues that may impact assigned project Work with QA and SMEs to plan, manage and execute user testing approach and defect management Create detailed test cases for user testing Participate in and/or provide oversight for user testing and production parallel, verify and document test results and recommend solutions for any discrepancies

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
  • Customer service experience a plus
  • Phone-related customer service a major plus
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel applications
  • Bilingual language skills a plus

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Stellar customer service skills – and an overwhelming desire to make lives better, one interaction at a time
  • Ability to use phone and computer systems
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong listening/comprehension skills
  • Ability to stay composed and objective
  • Conversational, patient and confident, with a positive attitude

Physical Demands
