Job Description


Our client in Devon Energy Corporation area is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their growing team. Reporting to the Manager, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the administration and management of internal and external customer orders.

The key responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative may include, but are not limited to:

*processing customer orders and inquires
*processing customer returns and credits
*providing information about additional and or alternative products
*create, upload and import files for account management
*resolve any issues around deliveries and returned shipments
*account management


The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience within a Customer Service Representative role. In addition the candidate will be well-organized, able to manage time effectively, proficient with MS Office Suite and detail oriented. The Customer Service Support Representative will be a team-player; self-motivated and will have excellent organizational and problem solving skills.
