The key duties consist of:
Communicating with customers via phone and emails
Troubleshooting products issues Receiving and processing orders and invoices
Updating and maintaining database
30 hours /weeks Mon-Fri 8:30 to 14:30 June to September.
Paid training (6 to 12 hours weeks) starting in May. Possibility of part time hours after the summer.
Fluency in in English is a must and French is a plus. Knowledge of SAGE (Simply Accounting) is an asset, and proficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook, Excel and Word is required. The candidate must have a minimum of a High School degree and the equivalent of 2 years' experience in a customer service role
