Job Description

Hiring an Office Administrator/Coordinator

Pay: $18.00- $19.00 an hour to start

The office administrator will coordinate logistics using SAP and interaction with third Party SC process owners to ensure a timely flow of product and data integrity. Must have strong excel and analytical skills/logic .

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and validate data capture into SAP
  • Manage and distribute various reports
  • Reconcile internal and external movements, ensure system stock accuracy and apply the DMAIC model as necessary to improve processes in support of variance elimination
  • Contribute to the reporting process to support analysis affecting KPI's
  • Validate and process invoices
  • Liaise between Operations, Storages, Logistics, CCC, Planning

Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • Purchasing experience
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Good analytical skills
  • Good working knowledge of MS office (particularly Excel)
  • Self motivated and works well under pressure
  • The ability to maintain a high level of accuracy with a high volume of output
  • Worked in a process driven situation where success depends on adherence to deadlines
  • Safety experience
  • Inventory planning/control and logistics experience
  • Previous management reporting experience
