We are currently looking for a motivated; customer focused full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative for our Mississauga, ON call center hub. In this role, you will be responsible for providing customer service by answering incoming calls from clients, accepting orders, troubleshooting equipment issues, providing information and directing calls, while ensuring a high level of friendly and professional customer service.
