General Labour Newmarket

TalentWorld is currently looking for reliable candidates for General Labour positions in Newmarket.  General Labours will assist in the production and assembly of push back racking.

Reporting to the Team Leader, the General Labours will assist assist in the production and assembly of push back racking, pallet flow and carton flow systems .  General Labours will help painting and material handling.

General Labours would work Monday – Friday from 7:00 am – 4:00 pm. 

General Labours will work in normal manufacturing environment.

Our client is one of the largest producers of high density storage systems and they are looking for General Labours in Newmarket, Ontario to join their team.

General Labours responsibilities

• Assist in production and assembly.
• Assist on the paint line.
• Material handling.
• Clean and maintain workspace.

General Labours Qualifications

• Able to stand for extended periods of time
• Able to complete repetitive tasks
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Punctual with a good attendance record.
• Work in a fast paced environment
• Physical requirements include: the ability to bend and twist at the waist, knees and neck; stand and walk for extended periods of time; lift 40 – 50 lbs..

Employment conditions :

• Day Shift 7:00 am –4:00 pm
• Employment type: Temporary to Permanent
• Location: Newmarket, ON
• Pay: $16.50/hr
