  • Prepare English and French correspondence in a timely manner
  • Provide reception relief duties, including managing incoming calls, greeting visitors and processing mail
  • Filing
  • Other duties as required



  • Must be fluently bilingual (oral and written) in English and French
  • 2 – 4 years’ experience providing administrative support
  • Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and conflicting deadlines
  • Computer proficiency a must
  • Experience within the construction industry an asset but not essential
