  • Responsible for managing and building the sales team.

Experience

  • Must have Door to Door and event-based sales experience.
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of previous management experience.
  • In charge of leading a Sales team. 

Job Description

  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Sales Manager must create a schedule for all the sales team
  • Managing daily tasks, setting team objectives, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and any changes
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
