CAPREIT strives for a 100% occupancy rate for all our residential communities. Our Leasing Specialists are our front-line customer service representatives who help maintain tenant satisfaction and drive sales. A major part of this role is to conduct apartment tours with potential residents introducing them to CAPREIT as well as the community. They report to our Property Managers and are responsible for accurately entering all new tenants into our database, as well as maintaining all existing tenant accounts.
Ideal candidates for this position will be pleasant, enthusiastic individuals, who have outstanding customer service, communication and organization skills. Applicants should have excellent computer skills and be able to multi-task efficiently while working within a team.
**This position requires a flexible schedule, and may include evenings and weekends in order to take on various shifts within our hours of operation**
