As part of the administration team, the successful candidate will work weekday shifts, Monday through Friday, totalling twenty (20) hours per week. This front line supervisory role involves managing a staff team working in a secure detention/custody facility.  The successful candidate will have a strong background in residential services for youth and will be responsible for shift leadership, monitoring all aspects of the program, and ensuring services operate safely and effectively while managing related administrative duties.
