Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Valet Attendant. The Valet Attendant is the first point of contact for arriving customers and assists in the parking of their vehicles or occasionally directing them to the appropriate parking location. The Valet Attendant must ensure we consistently meet customer and client expectations by providing excellent customer service. Task description: Greet customers in a friendly manner when they arrive on site Assist customers with their needs including opening vehicle doors, unloading parcels and directing in appropriate direction Issue and collect valet tickets as required Drive customers’ vehicles to and from the designated parking location in a safe and efficient manner avoiding accidents and damages Ensure vehicles are locked after parking and that all visible valuables are moved to trunk Return vehicle keys to the Key Administrator with the appropriate ticket Quickly return to the site curb to await the arrival of the next customer vehicle Other duties as assigned Working Conditions Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and frequent exposure to all temperature conditions Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time Frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, twisting Lifting up to 20lbs may be required  Requirements: Cautious and courteous driver, with a valid G license and a clean driving record Ability to drive manual transmission is a strong asset Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to clearly and accurately communication both written and verbally Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
