We are looking for a hard working, responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalised secretarial and administrative support in a well-organised and timely manner to the owner of our corporate client. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the owner's working life and communication. Working directly with the owner you will need to be able to take instruction well in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities include: Screen, respond to and direct phone calls & emails and distribute correspondence Act as the point of contact between the owner and internal/external clients Prepare and distribute client correspondences including invoices, emails, etc. Process relevant information related to corporate bookings Handle requests and queries appropriately Manage Google Calendars and schedule meetings where necessary Assist with changes / updating key information on Wordpress site Manage supplies inventory and replenishment Produce reports, presentations and briefs were necessary Any other key duties required by the owner Skills: Outstanding organisational and time management skills Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload in fast paced environment Proficiency in using MS Excel and Word Ability to use Mac is considered beneficial Proven Wordpress experience (basic to intermediate knowledge is acceptable) Excellent verbal and written communications skills Written and spoken English proficiency is essential Requirements: Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Discretion and confidentiality Interest in Art is beneficial, although not essential 'Can do' attitude Essential: Candidate must be an Canadian citizen or permanent resident
