FULL TIME Senior AV Tech

Position Overview Advanced set up and operation of large and small-scale audio/visual systems with audio, video, projection, computers, lighting, or rigging for live events while ensuring the utmost in client satisfaction.

Equipment Operation Responsible for accurate setup and efficient operation of advanced equipment with specialty skills in the following areas: Audio, Video, Projection, Computers, Lighting and Rigging.

Customer Service Meets and strives to exceed the expectations and needs of internal and external customers. Provide outstanding customer service by establishing excellent working relationships with clients.

Event Supervision Perform advance work with Project Managers. Supervise, and direct other technicians during an event.

Equipment Maintenance Assist team with proper security, storage, transportation, and maintenance of equipment

Required Skills

  • Demonstrate ability to perform advanced skill level
  • High School Diploma Required
  • Able to interact professionally and effectively with a diverse work force, customer base and senior level management
  • Experience with project management of multiple tasks/initiatives
  • Strong customer, client and co-worker interface experience and abilities
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Portrays a polished professional image to meet company dress code requirements
  • Must be able to accommodate a rotating work schedule to include nights and weekends
  • Must have own transportation with G Class License

Required Experience

  • 1+ years of audio visual operations experience
  • Demonstrated leadership and customer relations management skills
  • Strong Organizational skills
  • Supervisory ability of staff members
  • Ability to manage and organize time and projects successfully
  • Must have previous knowledge of lighting related software
