ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES PROFESSIONAL : Assists in conduction of all background checks. Daily entry into multiple spreadsheets used for tracking purposes. Scanning and filing various documents on daily basis. Sending various correspondences to new hires and applicants. Assist Recruiter in various recruiting tasks such as posting advertisements, writing ad copy, and posting internal job openings. Assist with new hire onboarding to include creating new hire binders, sending email reminders to scheduled new hires and filing new hire documents.
